pkgs 10.1 vs.kgs 10.2

Hi,

I have just made a post on freebsd forum, I hope something is wrong on my own systems, because if not so, any plan to make a semi-rolling release will be just failure because of upstream repo management.

well, this was solved quickly: there is a policy change between 10.1 to 10.2, to a "quarterly" repo.

This is good we can make GhostBSD pkg more stable and in the same time have have a more edgy system.
