I have an AMD rx 580 nitro+ and i can't pass the xorg configuration whatever i choose !

scfb should work, but we are working on a better suports for AMD GPU for next release.

Also i have no sound on displayport or hdmi i tried amdgpu and radeonkms driver none works !
Nvidia is the best graphics card for freebsd , thats what i believe .
GhostBSD is very good it makes freebsd installation so fast !
Installing FreeBSD is a very time consuming process i have to download packages (freebsd mirrors doesn't take use of my high internet connection)
i have to setup things like loader.conf rc.conf rules for shutdown the pc by the use ,device rules etc etc takes a lot of time.

I have made some changes to the 20.04 release.

Also i have no sound on my laptop it has Realtek ALC269 sound chip.
I couldn't even find a way to make touchpad to work .
I followed a guide i found but it did nothing.
Also from what pkg says synaptics is not maintained but i guess i should use synaptics in Xorg !
Also i have a question about the mirror pkg downloads from i see a .us. in the /etc/pkg/ghostbsd.conf is there any other mirrors ? for example in europe ?

Yes us and fr look in /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/ there is exemple in there.

Any way the realtek chip would work on freebsd ?

I have a Realtek sound card and it is working, but there is probably some chip that is not yet supported. On FreeBSD, I have no idea if your card is supported.

sysctl.hdac.0.polling=1

Now i have problem with the touchpad i tried everything ! I tried even using the iichid
