Ping/Connect to Micro

Hi,

Got one of these and thought it might work on Ghost - https://shop.bela.io/products/bela-starter-kit

Instructions say that for Linux no server should be required. Plug in USB to connect.

Enter http://bela.local
It should connect.

If not enter 192.168.7.2 and it should connect.

It doesn't either, i'm expecting to be taken to a browser based IDE, what am i doing wrong
