Is there any support for UEFI BIOS?

Unfortunately, most computers are being sold with UEFI with AHCI/RAID or GPT. Is there any support for it? I tried to boot up the usb key to install GhostBSD and it didn't work, the X is unable to open.

I think you can disable UEFI/secure boot and start the old BIOS version.
You have to try which key (f.e F2 or Esc or ...., it depends on the Motherboard) leads you to the BIOS. There you have to disable secure boot.
