Re: Windows 10 & GhostBSD
Hi Achim. Sort of good news. I checked my dmesg and I don't have any headphones in mine either and everything works fine out of the box. Did you look at the audio mixer? Maybe the headphones are set to zero.

Re: Windows 10 & GhostBSD
Hi mate
was my 1st idea, but can t find ANY settings for headphones there, too and I wasn t able to switch from OSS to another sound support, so guess have to solve that 1st.
But everything I tried it works soley with speaker but no headphone as it does with 10.3 out of the box.
Pulse sound server is installed and seems working but no soundcard configuration avalable either!
best

Hi, Achim.
Can you give the output of :
sysctl -a | grep snd
sysctl -a | grep hda
Maybe we can get more info from these outputs.
Do you like football by the way?

Hi Keith
I ll try on the weekend for that output ( too much stuff in between) and yes: I DO like football if it s played fair and plp do not act smug and mocking like my german country fellows did again.
That s why I hope for England, Uruguay or Sweden to succeed.

Re: Windows 10 & GhostBSD
Hi, Achim.
Progress! Sort of.
Try setting both to "as=1", not as=1 and as=2
the bottom line should be
hint.hdac.0.cad0.nid17.config="as=1"
or
hint.hdac.0.cad0.nid17.config="as=1 seq=15"
