Installer issue

I am trying to install 4.0. I have burned the i386 image to a flash drive, when the installer runs it eventually gets to a point where it reads an rsync error and the installer stops. Is there a work around for this or is this an issue in the installer?

Do you check its checksums?

I installed GhostBSD, but how do I install the Russian language to Mate?

On the bottom of the login window you can chose you language.
