ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libssl.so.30" not found, required by "pkg"

How do I recover.

I stayed with 13.2 for several updates.

When I finally let it upgrade it failed.

Posting from failed upgrade machine now.

libssl.so.30 not found is weird. Did you try to do "pkg upgrade -f" to make sure all software are properly upgraded?

I switched to another BE and tried again.
It seemed to get stuck in a loop installing all packages over and over.
I finally just did a fresh install.
