PKGBASE update

It looks like ignoring the 2nd instance of the dialog was the correct course of action... am going to click Restart Now.

I also repeated the steps on the bare-metal and started the the process, but had to run out for a couple hours. When I got back I only saw the Upgrade/Cancel dialog, but when I uncovered everything, it looked like this:

OK, that's crazy. I have a fix for that issue to push, but that will be with system updates for 24.07.1.
