OpenRC versioning and alignment.

From what I can see, OpenRC's latest version is 0.42.1. However, GhostBSD's OpenRC code does not align closely with OpenRC 0.42.1.
TrueOS' OpenRC appears to have been a fork that never merged with OpenRC's (github.com/openrc/openrc) main (i.e. master) branch.
I am hoping to correct this over the coming months.

My question is, "How do we make changes to GhostBSD's OpenRC?"

If I recall right I made an OpenRC fork on the GhostBSD Github repository.

Thanks! I had forgotten that. I'll update that repository over the next few weeks. :)
