Re: GhostBSD is switching it's system base
I can't understand how anyone can complain about GhostBSD following one or another direction, especially when one does not help directly in the development. It's just already a great thing that it does exist! Many thanks to Eric and anyone who helps!

Re: GhostBSD is switching it's system base
Hello!
What will be the difference between the TrueOS-based GhostBSD and a simple TrueOS system? (in other words: which GhostBSD features will be kept, that are not in TrueOS?)
Thanks for your awesome work!

Re: Confused with Linuxulator
Well this drives crazy. It stops at this: npm install chromedriver -g with a permission error (a directory not being writable). As it does not exist, I created it and gave permission (full write access, just to see), then I get a too many symbolic links error, no idea what to do about it. From an is...

Re: No `rehash` command?
Thanks, but it looks like hash and rehash have completely different purposes :? https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/86017/173102 https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=csh&apropos=0&sektion=0&manpath=FreeBSD+11.0-RELEASE+and+Ports&arch=default&format=html (find "rehash"...

Re: Confused with Linuxulator
The one from github I tried some months ago, it didn't work anymore (support of electron has been dropped). It ended up this way: https://www.bountysource.com/issues/29075473-add-freebsd-support-to-electron I give it a try again, right now, and still does not work, though I see the issue seems diffe...

[SOLVED] No `rehash` command?
Hello,
(Not sure this is the right place to post this)
After a fresh install (10.3 in a Virtual Box), I noticed there is no rehash, under sh or bash, doesn't seem to exist.
Is this normal? How to get it?
Thanks!

Code: Select all
# rehash
rehash: not found

Thanks!
