How to reinstall softwares

Hi there, I'm a new member.

I want to reinstall GhostBSD, but I would like to know how to install programs that aren't specifically for BSD, but are frequently for Linux, Debian, or Fedora. These programs include the Tor browser, Bleachbit, Jami Messenger P2P, Freetube, a YouTube client, an image metadata cleaner, another PDF, a virtual machine to occasionally install Tails, a free VPN, and how to modify the MAC addresses and DNS. I appreciate your invaluable assistance in advance.
